Trades Invoice ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, Trades Invoice (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information about you in the following ways to provide, secure, and maintain a seamless invoicing and estimate experience.

A. Personal Data You Provide Directly

• Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your email address, display name, and login credentials securely managed via our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Business Profile Information: To generate and customize invoices, you may choose to input your business name, address, phone number, email address, tax configuration settings, and upload a business logo.

B. Application Data

• Invoices, Estimates, and Customer Profiles: All data you create inside the App—including invoice lines, estimate amounts, customer names, contact info, and billing records—is stored locally on your device and synchronized securely to our cloud hosting databases for backup and multi-device access (if you are signed in).

C. Payment and Billing Data

• Subscribed Services: If you upgrade to a premium plan, all payment processing and transaction details are handled securely by Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or raw payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To generate PDF invoices/estimates, calculate taxes, and save client lists.
• To Sync and Backup Your Data: To backup your SQLite database securely to the cloud so you never lose your records.
• To Manage Your Account: To handle sign-ups, log-ins, and authenticate your subscription access.
• To Process Transactions: To verify and maintain your Pro subscription status.
